You will not be allowed to use books/notes during exam.

·     SAM Practice Test: E1. PRACTICE. Concepts, Windows, Internet. This practice exam contains concepts and skills that will be included in the exam. You should also be able to use Internet Explorer to search for information on the Internet as well as perform file management activities such as creating folders and copying and moving files.
